1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 70400 platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other channel provided — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 70400 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 70400 management. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 70400 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, including any unauthorised access resulting from your own failure to maintain personal account security.

3. Platform Usage Rules & Responsibilities

Users agree to use the 70400 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or interact with the platform without written authorisation from 70400.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, data, or other users' accounts.
• Spreading false, deceptive, or misleading information about the 70400 platform or its services.
• Engaging in any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform, the security of other users, or the operation of 70400's systems.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

70400 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user found to be in breach of these rules, including suspending or terminating the account in question.

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the 70400 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and any other payments — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfers via selected Malaysian banks.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and belongs to them. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension and a report being made to the relevant authorities.

70400 does not guarantee fixed processing times for transactions, as these depend on the respective payment service providers. We do, however, endeavour to process all transactions as quickly as possible. Should any transaction dispute arise, users must contact 70400 support within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Suspension

Limitation of Liability

70400 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical disruptions, or unauthorised account access. In any case, 70400's liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

70400 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of false information during registration, or where the platform is legally required to do so. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded to the user.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software found on the 70400 platform are the exclusive property of 70400 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without express written permission from 70400.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The 70400 platform may contain references or links to third-party services, including payment providers. 70400 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of those third parties separately before engaging with them.

Changes to Terms

It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
